Is there a fuel surcharge?

Yes, we charge a one-time fuel surcharge fee depending on the location. If a technician has to come back a second time after ordering a specific part, you are NOT charged again.

What are the fuel surcharges?

Golden – N/A
Golden (Surrounding Area) – KHMR/Blaeberry/Nicholson – $10
Parson to Fairmont – $20
Panorama – $30
Canal Flats – $30

Are you able to service areas not listed above?

If you live in an area nearby that is not listed above or you do not have an authorized appliance service technician in your area, please contact our office and we will try our best to accommodate your repair needs.

How often do you work in these areas?

We currently have two full-time service technicians. One technician works in Golden five days a week and our other technician travels throughout the valley at least twice a week, often more.

Do you service appliances in warranty throughout the valley?

Certainly! We offer appliance repairs & installations no matter where the appliance was purchased.
